A small amount of seepage can occur if the reservoir is filled beyond the fill line, or if the head is not fully clicked into place after refilling or cleaning. To prevent leaks, fill the handle to just below the maximum marker and ensure the silicone head is firmly seated before use. If seepage continues, gently remove the head, rinse the connection point, and reattach — it should click cleanly into position. Storing the brush upright in its holder between uses also helps the gel settle evenly and reduces any drips.

For heavier limescale or mineral build-up, apply your cleaning gel directly to the affected area and allow it to dwell for a few minutes before scrubbing — a little patience goes further than extra product.
